North Liverpool CAB is a charity. You can support us and our vital advice services in a number of ways.
North Liverpool CAB organises or takes part in a number of fundraising events throughout the year. These include social events, such as our annual Family Fun Day and sporting events such as the annual Liverpool Corporate Cup Run. In addition we may occasionally organise raffles and fundraise in other ways at local venues or events. Details of forthcoming fundraising events are listed on our News page.
Funding is an on-going issue for the Bureau. We receive funding from Liverpool City Council, the Community Fund and other funding bodies. This is generally for very specific services and projects. Consequently, we always need to fundraise in order to pay for a variety of costs. Private and corporate donations are important to us. Our services rely on the dedication and commitment of our volunteers. As our services grow and develop we have an on-going need for new volunteers. Volunteering with North Liverpool is also challenging and rewarding. Volunteering may also enhance existing skills, develop new ones and improve employment and education options. Volunteer roles within North Liverpool CAB include, advisers, administration workers and Management Board members. The 100 Club is a members only monthly lottery. Tickets cost £1. In order to play the lottery you must become a member and join for an initial period of 12 months. 50% of proceeds are given as prizes with the remainder benefiting the Bureau. If you would like to join our 100 Club you can download, print and complete the
